Justin brings 25 years of industry experience, including the past five years with Swanson & Youngdale. He began his career working in the field and advanced through hands-on roles before moving into a superintendent position, building a strong foundation in carpentry and field operations.

Justin’s experience is focused in commercial construction, where he supports a variety of projects and works closely with field teams. He is known for his strong work ethic and practical approach, focusing on finding solutions and keeping work moving forward.

Justin takes pride in developing a winning team and works to help build future foremen and leaders. He values being part of a team that is committed to continuous improvement and achieving high standards across all projects. Outside of work, Justin enjoys spending time outdoors with his family and hunting.
