Joe Dagenais serves as the Minneapolis Industrial Division Manager at Swanson & Youngdale, where he is responsible for overseeing the division’s performance, including profit and loss.

Joe brings 18 years of industry experience, all with Swanson & Youngdale. Over the course of his career, he has held roles as an Estimator, Project Manager, and Division Manager, building a strong understanding of the business and its operations. This experience also allows him to contribute to estimating and project-related efforts across his division to ensure his team is achieving the Gold Standard in delivery.
