Jeremy Eslinger, Chief Financial Officer

Jeremy Eslinger serves as Chief Financial Officer at Swanson & Youngdale, where he oversees the company’s financial, administrative, and support operations. In this role, he is responsible for financial strategy, reporting, capital planning, and cash flow management, while also supporting executive decision-making and overall business performance. His responsibilities include oversight of IT, risk management, insurance, banking, ESOP administration, and acquisitions.

Jeremy brings 20 years of experience, including seven with Swanson & Youngdale. He began his career as a U.S. Navy helicopter mechanic, building a strong foundation in discipline and safety, then moved into public accounting at Ernst & Young supporting complex tax engagements. He later held leadership roles at Cargill, Silver Bay Property Corp, and Sherman Associates before joining Swanson & Youngdale in 2019 as Corporate Controller and becoming CFO in 2022.

His expertise includes construction accounting, financial reporting, forecasting, and capital planning, along with managing banking, surety, and insurance relationships. Jeremy focuses on delivering clear financial insights, strengthening controls, and aligning financial strategy with operations to support informed decisions and long-term growth.

Jeremy supports Swanson & Youngdale’s Gold Standard by ensuring the financial systems and processes behind each project are accurate, disciplined, and aligned with execution. He believes strong financial visibility enables better planning, accountability, and consistent results across the organization.
