Jason Strand, Project Manager
Jason Strand serves as a Project Manager at Swanson & Youngdale, where he manages drywall and steel framing projects, supporting both project management and estimating efforts. In this role, he oversees projects from preconstruction through completion, working closely with general contractors to keep work aligned with schedules and expectations.
Jason brings 17 years of experience in the construction industry and recently joined Swanson & Youngdale. He began his career in construction as a teenager, gaining hands-on experience in residential work. He later transitioned into pipe fitting, installing in-floor heat and boilers, and spent time framing houses. Jason also served nine years in the Army, where he achieved the rank of Staff Sergeant and served as a squad leader, developing a strong leadership foundation.
After earning a degree in Construction Project Management from Dunwoody, Jason moved into estimating and project management roles, supporting drywall, steel framing, and painting projects. Jason focuses on managing projects from start to finish, working directly with general contractors to support smooth execution and maintain schedule alignment. He brings a practical, hands-on perspective to his work and is committed to delivering results that meet client expectations.
