Janine Heruth, Payroll Administrator

Janine Heruth serves as a Payroll Administrator at Swanson & Youngdale, where she is responsible for processing field and office payroll. In this role, she supports union and non-union payroll functions, including certified payroll reporting for city, state, and federally funded projects.

Janine brings 30 years of payroll experience, including the past 15 years with Swanson & Youngdale. Her background includes extensive work with union contractor payrolls, as well as exempt and non-exempt employees. She has developed strong expertise in managing complex payroll requirements across a wide range of project types.

Janine’s work emphasizes accuracy and consistency in payroll processing. She plays a key role in supporting project reporting requirements and helps ensure compliance across diverse funding sources.
