Brent Galbraith serves as a Project Manager at Swanson & Youngdale, where he leads estimating, project management, and cost control efforts across a variety of coating and flooring projects. In this role, he oversees projects from initial estimate through completion, coordinating resources, schedules, and reporting to ensure projects are executed efficiently and meet job demands. Brent works closely with field teams and clients to align expectations and deliver consistent performance throughout each phase.

Brent brings 18 years of industry experience, including the past five years with Swanson & Youngdale. His background includes roles in paint and coating sales, business development, and project management, giving him a well-rounded understanding of both technical applications and client relationships. Since joining S&Y, he has contributed to a range of industrial and commercial efforts, strengthening his ability to manage complex scopes and deliver consistent results.

Brent has worked across light to heavy industrial environments, including commercial and industrial resinous flooring systems and food and beverage facilities. Known for his attention to detail and proactive approach, Brent focuses on identifying job needs early and bringing strong organization throughout execution to meet project requirements and consistently exceed end-user expectations.

Brent values communication, organization, and fairness in his approach to leadership. He believes in treating both crews and clients with respect while setting clear expectations for performance and quality. What matters most to Brent about working at Swanson & Youngdale is the shared sense of teamwork and working toward a common goal. 

Outside of work, he volunteers as a soccer coach and serves on his local soccer board, while also staying active in his church and spending time with his family raising three boys.
